    • A screening of Shakespeare’s most extraordinary psychological drama - led by David Tennant in the title role, with Cush Jumbo as Lady Macbeth.

David Tennant (Dr Who; Broadchurch) and Cush Jumbo (Vera; The Good Wife; Criminal Record) lead a stellar cast in Shakespeare’s extraordinary psychological drama, filmed live at the Donmar Warehouse in London.

Directed by Max Webster (Life of Pi, Henry V), unsettling intimacy and brutal action combine at breakneck speed in this tragic tale of love, murder, and nature’s power of renewal.

This is a screening of Macbeth, filmed at the Donmar Warehouse in Covent Garden in January 2024. The sold out production later transferred to London’s Harold Pinter Theatre where it is playing until December 2024.

This production of Macbeth used binaural technology to create a 3D soundscape which the London theatre audience experienced through wearing headphones. The sound design has been adapted for cinema screenings.
